2008 CCA, CFA and TICA Cat Shows

New Show schedule for 2008

My very handsome HORATIO CAINE, Flame (RED) Bi-color Ragdoll male kitten will attend his first show in February in Kingston.   That will be a definite.  My two lilac colorpoint sisters will also compete for their championships!  Come out and meet Annie-Bella and Jorja!

If the listing is highlighted in yellow, I've definitely entered that show.

A big THANK YOU! to Brigitte who exhibited her beautiful altered LILAC COLORPOINT Ragdoll Kitten named 'Whippette' at the Montreal show!!  Visit my Slide Show page to see this beautiful girl.  Whippette received an 8th Best Kitten in the ALL BREED category.  This means out of long and short haired kittens shown (70+ in total) she was the 8th best that day!  How exciting!!

Whippette also traveled to Buffalo NY to participate in the CFA (Cat Fanciers Association) show there. CFA doesn't award finals or titles to colorpoint or mitted Ragdolls right now. Hopefully next year they will vote to allow these gorgeous patterns to compete for championships.  The more kittens in mitted or colorpoint that the judges see and handle the better.   A HUGE thank you to Brigitte for continuing to exhibit Whippette and show the judges that colorpoint Ragdolls are worthy competitors.

Whippette is a daughter of our CCA/TICA champion Dee Dee x Regis.

Watch for updates on these new additions to the Lions Royale family!!

Buzzby:  (click to enlarge photo) Chocolate Lynx Mitted male Ragdoll kitten.  Buzz has been introduced as our new stud cat to produce chocolate and lilac colorpoint, mitted and bi-color Ragdoll kittens for 2008!!  Since Buzz is a lynx pattern (tabby), we could have chocolate or lilac lynx Ragdoll kittens as well.  Buzz will have his own page very soon. He's just a fabulous and gorgeous boy, very outgoing, he loves attention and has the perfect Ragdoll personality.  He's fantastic!

Annie-Bella:   (click to enlarge photo)Lilac colorpoint Ragdoll kitten.  Annie-Bella is one of our Champion Dee Dee's beautiful daughters.  Annie is a large girl with a long bushy raccoon type tail.  Such an elegant looking cat.  She has already started her show career at 4 months and has received an award of 10th best longhair kitten in one of the rings on her first time out.  She has a great personality on top of it all and shouldn't have any trouble getting her championship.

Jorja:   (click to enlarge photo) Lilac Colorpoint female Ragdoll kitten.  Jorja is a stunning girl and is also one of Dee Dee's kittens.  She has been out to a show as well but isn't sure if she likes it yet.  She did just fine but doesn't have quite the adventurous spirit that her sister Annie-Bella has.  She won't  have any trouble attaining her championship though.

Cameo (Cammie):   (click to enlarge photo)Lilac point mitted Ragdoll kitten.  Cammie!!  Oh my goodness, what can I say about this stunning lilac mitted girl?!  Cammie is quite large for a kitten, already the same size as her mother at 6 months.  Her unique features with the white hourglass blaze on her face give rise to her name.  She reminds me of the old fashioned cameos that my grandmother used to wear. She has a fantastic coat, beautiful full plume of a tail and a sweet, gentle nature.  Cammie and Buzz should produce some gorgeous lilac and/or chocolate bicolor Ragdoll kittens next year or possibly lilac and/or chocolate lynx bicolor ragdoll kittens!

New pages dedicated to these beautiful new kittens will be added soon.

MORE NEWS!!

Our beautiful flame (red) mitted female ragdoll ROSEMARY had four absolutely stunning flame (red) male kittens in August.  One of those beautiful boys will remain here with us to be evaluated for showing and possible breeding.  At this point (11 weeks of age) he appears to be a flame bicolor ragdoll.  More news about 'Horatio' later!  Enjoy his photos below with more to be posted in Slideshows and the PhotoAlbum page very soon.

RETIRING
Several of my lovely young ladies are retiring early and two are currently available for adoption.  I hate to let them go but as I keep new kitties (see above) for my show/breeding program I like to find new loving homes for others so I don't get over crowded here.  Don't miss this fabulous opportunity to invite one of these beautiful, loving kitties into your home:
CCA Champion Meisha  (reserved)
TICA Champion Danyell (reserved)
TICA/CCA Champion DEE DEE (reserved)
