CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEWEST CHAMPION 'ASLAN'!!
He obtained his championship at the 'Tail of the Pink Panther' show in London in October. I'm so proud of him!
We will continue on starting in February so be sure to check back and see his show results as he continues his quest for the title of Grand Champion!

Aslans wins at his first show!!Aslan was to his FIRST show on the long weekend in Trois Rivieres, Quebec , May 2006.
* He was a star! *
In his first ring he won BEST KITTEN in an ALL BREED final (Thank you, Kathy Balmer)! I was so proud of him.
He also won BEST KITTEN in a SPECIALTY ring (Thank you, Felicity Hawthorn)!
Over the two days he finalled in 7 of the 9 rings and besides the two BEST KITTEN awards he also won 4th, two 6th, a 7th and an 8th. AWESOME for his first show!
Aslan actually enjoyed himself. He didn't mind the noise or commotion and loved meeting people. He's such a special little guy. I'm not sure which show we will attend next but I'll keep you updated.
Aslan is best buddies with the Westies -Miss Paddington Bear in particular.Our Prince Aslan is already a stunning little Lion. He's a Blue Point Bi-Color named after the magnificent mystic Lion in the famous book by C.S. Lewis "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe". It was one of my favourites growing up. This little kitten will carry the name well.
This little guy is sooo friendly and he just goes so limp when you hold him on his back in your hands. He's a little imp for grabbing and nibbling on your toes though! Aslan is playful and fearless and so trusting.
Aslan enjoys going out in the car and is content to be wheeled around in the cart in the Pet Supply stores or to be draped over my shoulder as I shop. He just loves people to come over and visit with him. An extraordinary kitten!

My Boy is growing up! He's maturing very nicely and has sired ONE kitten with Meisha. We are eagerly anticipating several slightly larger litters this year. :)
Now that the hormones have kicked in, Aslan is a typical rascal teenager. He loves to start things with the other cats. His favourite trick is to walk over and stare at them with his head to the side while standing stock still. This totally unnerves the other cats and when they start to fidget or 'talk', HE POUNCES. He's just a bit of a brat.
Strangely enough, he is extremely respectful of Meisha. She is the only cat that he doesn't pull any tricks on and he acts like a perfect gentleman with her.
