History of Lions Royale Ragdolls
Our First Ragdoll litter - 2006
ever born at Lions Royale Ragdoll Cattery.
There were 10 kittens born with 9 surviving!
All Ragdoll kittens were Blue colorpoint or
Blue mitted.
Mom was TICA Champion Mainelyrags Danyell
of Lionsroyale - Blue Colorpoint
.
Dad was Undeniablydolls Regis - Lilac Mitted -
who went on to sire our first litter of 7 lilac kittens
with TICA/CCA Champion Mainelycountry Lilac Delite.
Three of those beautiful Lilac kittens stayed at Lions Royale
and became the backbone of our chocolate program.
They were named:
Lionsroyale Amethyst Angel (Lilac Colorpoint)
Lionsroyale Lavender and Lace (Lilac Mitted)
Lionsroyale Extravagence in Violet (Lilac Colorpoint)
One kitten - Lionsroyale Whippette Delite - went on
to become a CFA Grand Premier and made history in
CFA (Cat Fanciers Association) for being the first
Colorpoint Ragdoll to gain that title once they permitted
Colorpoint and Mitted cats to be shown.
A lilac bicolor male named Lionsroyale Lovebug went to
Spain to the now late pioneer of the Ragdoll breed in the
UK - Patricia Brownsell of Patriarca Ragdolls
and then to Sweden where he is still siring gorgeous
