Can you believe we are into September already???? I'm not complaining about this hot weather because I know soon enough we'll be complaining about the cold.
Lots of excitement around here the last few weeks.
We have a beautiful, beautiful litter of almost 5 week old kittens in chocolate and lilac, an almost 3 week old litter of Biewer puppies that now have their eyes open and are thinking about trying to walk, a big litter of 1 week old kittens and 2 litters of kittens due ANY MOMENT. It's going to be another hectic couple months as we get into feeding and training. I can hardly wait. :)
I got news from Christine who has Lionsroyale Bo Soleil. He went to the cat show at the CNE for one day at the end of August and he's now a Premier!! This is the same as a Champion title but for a neutered cat.
Right now Bo is also the 5th best all breed kitten in Ontario. You can see the scoring for kittens here: http://www.royalcanin.ca/breeders/pdfs/kitten.pdf
This can change of course because the season isn't over till end of April 2011. It's still exciting to see how well he's done as a kitten. He should have a great career as an adult. Christine reports that he just LOVES to show and all the excitement that surrounds it. He's a social butterfly.
He also was awarded 4th best long hair and 7th best all breed in two of the rings. Congratulations Christine and Bo!! They are heading to the US to show in CFA later this month. I'm excited to hear how he does.
Watch for updates on the babies and new photos. I've been a bit negligent with my Available kitten page as we figure out colors and patterns.
